The staff seem to go out of their way to give the customer information, advice etc. even if you choose not book your vehicle in for any work. I do most of my own vehicle repair and maintenance but a few weeks ago I has a really unusual problem with my BMW which I doubted even PTA could fix. To my surprise (and relief) they managed to sort it and only charged me for 1 hour labour. They have carried out my MOT's for years - truly a garage to trust.
